T.O.S and Rules

This page is segmented into three categories: General T.O.S/ Commission T.O.S/Rules and Owed Art T.O.S/Rules.
- General T.O.S is for my page and my OC's
- Commission T.O.S is for art I owe you or you commissioned me to do
- Owed Art T.O.S is for art YOU owe me/ I commissioned you to do

General T.O.S

- my art shall not be reposted without asking me and giving proper advertisement of my page
- payment art, gift art, adopted and gifted OC's can be used in any way you want, all I want is to be credited
- do not message me in private to promote your page (ex: "Wow I like your art! Could you check out mine/follow me back?"). Follow me if you like my art, not to promote yourself, doing so WILL result in ignoring and/or blocking you
- this page is a safe place for people of any ethinicty, sexual orientation and gender
-this page is NOT a safe place for zo's, pdo's, transphobes, homophobes, extremists and people who use their religion to disrespect others
-this page is pro debate. If you are an inclus, xenogender user or exclus who is not willing to partake in such, kindly leave

-do NOT trace/steal or highly reference any of my characters
- you are always open to draw my OC's! All I want is that W.I.Ps are shown to me
- you can draw your OC's together with mine
- when drawing my OC's, light gore(blood, other wounds, candy gore) is allowed, however, heavy gore such as guts or body horror is not allowed unless I ask for it specifically!
- do NOT draw any suggestive/sexual art of my characters and do NOT simp over them
- little headcannons are allowed, but please do NOT ship my characters if the couple is not confirmed and do NOT headcannon a sexuality/gender identity for them
- do not change species and do not turn ferals intro anthro and vice versa
- realism is allowed(example: my Basilisk Zontanos got drawn as a realistic chicken with a snake tail)
- ONLY characters in my purge folder and are clearly stated as UFO are welcomed to offer on! Do NOT go through my usual folders and ask if you can be queued if the OC opens
-if you lose interest in an OC or you have to cancel an offer then tell me so! Do not ghost me
-certain actions will get you a spot on my blacklist which is located on my ToyHouse warnings page.

Commission T.O.S/Rules

- I will draw: dragons, felines, canines, birds, other mythical creatures, angel or demon like characters, sfw, ship art, light gore
- I will not draw: mecha, human-like anthros, humas(with exception of chibis), heavy gore, sexual/suggestive art, hate speech
- payment always after sketch or after I sent a heavily watermarked full version if you're more comfortable with it, you have to tell me beforehand, though!
- we can make out a deadline if wanted, tho I am usually rather fast. If something comes up I will update you, though
- feel free to ask for updates!
- do not back out of a payment last minute!
- do not ghost me! Doing so can result in a blacklist

Owed Art T.O.S/Rules

I made these rules due to bad experiences, I wish my rules to be respected, if these don't fit with your T.O.S, I am open for negotiation:
- you HAVE to send at least one W.I.P in the progress, so I can request minor changes before it's too late
- please respect any requested changes! My OC's (or Fandom chars) looking as near to the original as possible is rather important to me, I will still respect your artstyle though
- I prefer not having to pay beforehand due to getting scammed out before or a person going dead/ghosting me, I'd rather pay after a sketch or a heavily watermarked version of the whole art piece
- if you can't finish art for me, be straight with me and DON'T keep me waiting for a long time, I am patient with art payments but lying will not be tolerated
- there will be a 1 month deadline from the day you start. I am open to extend your time IF W.I.P.s are shown to me. I do NOT have to send you a message if I haven't heard from you in a month or over, if this happens I just reopen the character
